This is a Telemetrics PT-HD3-S2 pan and tilt head. Unit is working perfectly. This is designed to be mounted at a fixed location, not truck with pneumatic mast such as you would see on live broadcast. Same connector, control voltage s and works with most quickset controllers for their analog qpt90 115vdc pan tilt heads or compatible.
It is very similar to the Moog quickset QPT-90 pan tilt positioned 5fh, 115vdc. The qpt90 was geared for transmit or receive antennas that need more precision. It will work, but again doesn't have the safety breakaway base.
I have used this Telemetrics head in place of quickset heads many times. Telemetrics made these for broadcast surveillance cameras so they are geared to go much faster than the qpt90. It was made by Moog quickset for Telemetrics.
