Details:

All motors and gears are cleaned, lubricated re-calibrated. All repair residue and dust is removed from circuit boards housing if motor does not meet original specification then it replaced. All lenses are cleaned and re-calibrated, outer lens cover may be replaced if contains scratches.

This testing is comprised of having the dome run salvos non-stop via a mega-power 48 matrix switch. The actual work that were performed in re manufacturing process are as follows. Slip rings are re-calibrated, if damage is beyond re-calibration then they replaced with a new one. All domes are tested for a period of 72 hours.
