This is a used rapideye 16 channel camera security system that and being listed as for parts or repair because of the situation I have not able to get anything display on monitor. Also I have had a couple of orders where the item didn make it to destination but on my end show listed as delivered either through ups, USPS or FedEx.

I will try to work with you get any issues straightened out but cannot control if an item gets delivered incorrectly and we run into the issue of not being able find it.
