I also have the operation manual for both mount and adapter. I also have a camera with TV ready lens which is in separate listing all three of these pieces, the mount controller and were being used parallel but here they are sold separately feel free to message me if you interested buying. Just to reiterate the controller is not included in this listing but it currently being sold separately. That is in a separate listing.

In great condition already has the correct mount on it to attach a longer arm. Though it is not included in this listing I also have the system controller that aids using pan and tilt functions can be used to adjust focus amongst other things.
