This unit allows you to connect up 16 analog cameras NBC coax, with the Ethernet output of encoder allowing be part newer IP-based digital systems. With the addition of hard drives this can also function as a video recorder. I'm listing for 5 with shipping included in the price. But in this encoder configuration it has no hard drives. So I factory reset the unit and boxed it up. I bought this late last year for a work project to integrate old and new camera systems, opened successfully tested it, but the was cancelled when decision made move.
