I was unable to test the video recorder, slot 1-4 DDS, disc drive, resource disc, recovery and windows. The fans and USB ports were tested to be working.

The device is sold as for parts or a partially tested item. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the device and get into bios with no issues.
