From what I have read this particular item does not come with a software CD. You can get the set-up guide manual and software online. I can't help with hook-up or troubleshooting information as this is an alien animal to me. It doesn have a blue glow, especially since wan plugged in when the photos were taken.
It is a security surveillance dvr. Table not included. I picked this up at an estate sale. All the rest appears to be in there its original box.
Everything in the box is photos. Monitors and cameras do not come with this. I am selling this as is. I mistook it for a TV dvr at first.
It looks brand new except the accessory bags have been opened. The mysterious blue glow came from my light source. I have displayed everything that is in the box.
