I looked inside and it seems to be OK. Kalatel ktd 300 ge interlogix remote control box pan tilt zoom this controller is used and the actual operational condition is unsure, I do remember it was working when I pulled it from a local TV station, but I no longer have a way of testing it.

It does show some signs of a liquid spill in the past, but as I have said it was operational when taken out of service.
