The picture of back shows a round cover that says push open, there is up battery under. This is a Sanyo SRT-7168 time lapse video cassette recorder. This can use a t120 or t160 vhs tape also, and there is selector on the front panel to tell vcr which you are using so it knows how much has. I will point out that the right side cover is missing a tab, but it does not affect operation of this unit in any way.
This is fully working and includes the power cord, original remote, an one rs485 cable. The front says 168h on door. I took a picture of it playing tape recorded from TV to show that does record and playback perfectly fine. Uses rca audio in out and NBC video.
